Glenn Lollar

Lollar Glenn A., 93, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012. He lived in the Birmingham area since 1942. Glenn was a hard-working, self-employed man who had various businesses over the years. He is best well known for "Dairy Whip" ice cream. He was loved and will be missed by all. Mr. Lollar was preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Renfro; his daughter, Sandra Wade; and his grandson, Dale Wade. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lollar; his son, Kenneth Lollar, from his former wife, Rachel Davis; his two brothers, Chester Lollar, and Charles Lollar; his sister, Margaret Baker; four grandchildren, Ann Kelly, Randy Wade,

Brett Lollar, Vicki Howell; and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2012, followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m., Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
