Glen Washburn

Glen O. Washburn, age 93, of Trussville, went to be with his Savior on March 1, 2021. He was a member of the Healing Place Church and was a retired engineer on the railroad. He was a loving husband, father, Pawpaw and Granddaddy. He is survived by his wife, Betty Washburn; his children, Susan Moore, Randy Washburn, Ken Washburn (Marilyn), and Barry Washburn (Sheri); 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 5, at 2pm in the Chapel at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Healing Place Church or to your favorite charity.
