George Clifton

George Herbert Clifton, age 80 of Birmingham, AL passed away on December, 2, 2015. He was a member of NorthPark Baptist Church, where he will be greatly missed by his Sunday School Class. He was a member of the VFW and he donated to the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was preceded in death by his wives, Yvonne Clifton and Barbara Clifton. He is survived by his children, Michelle Marty (Mark), Tracy Clifton (Robert) and Craig Clifton (Lisa); grandchildren, Caitlin Grinfield (Adam) and Zach Clifton; several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. The burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Bill Wilks will be officiating over the services. The family would like to give a special thanks to Prince Place for their love and care during his time there. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
