Frank Payne

Frank Edward Payne of Birmingham, Alabama was born on January 15, 1954, passed away on June 10, 2015. He was an employee of Jim Skinner Ford for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Olen Thomas Payne, Jr. (USN Retired) and Vivian Johnson Payne and his oldest brother, Thomas Glenn Payne. He is survived by his older brother, Ricky Payne and sister, Phyllis Roddam and her husband, Ray Roddam. He is also survived by two children, Thomas M. Payne and Tammy Smith (Bryan) and six grandchildren. He also had a continued relationship with step children, LeAnne Crowe, Lauren Taylor and Corey Smith; several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. The burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
