Frank Hamrick

Frank Warren Hamrick, beloved husband of thirty-seven years to Phyllis Hamrick and father of Shelley and Mitch, departed this earth on November 5, 2013, in the presence of his loving family, to go to his heavenly home. He was 57 years old. Warren grew up in Birmingham, AL and attended Banks High School. He worked for 37 years in the welding supply industry, most recently with Atlas Welding Supply. Warren was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. An avid Alabama football and Dallas Cowboys fan, Warren cherished his family, friends and co-workers. He loved spending his free time at the lake and on family vacations to the beach. He will be greatly missed. Warren is preceded in death by his father, Frank W Hamrick. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Phyllis Hamrick; a daughter, Shelley Ross (Bryan) of Keller, TX and a son, Mitch Hamrick of Birmingham, AL; two granddaughters Avery C Ross and Charley A Ross of Keller, TX. He is survived by his mother, Mary Jo Hamrick of Cropwell, AL; his aunt, Juanita Smith of Cropwell, AL; his uncle Charles Smith of Cropwell, AL. Services will be held on Thursday at Jefferson Memorial. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. with a funeral following at 2:00 p.m. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
