Francis L. Joyner

Mr. Francis Luther Joyner, age 97 of Remlap died Thursday, November 29, 2018. Mr. Joyner was preceded in death by his son; Steve Joyner, grandson; Michael West; great-grandchildren Emma and Oliver Hicks, sister Christine Meade and his loving wife of 67 years; Evelyn Jane Joyner. Survivors include daughters Judith Wood and Debora Thrasher; son, Isaac Joyner; daughter-in-law, Julie Joyner; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12:00 pm Friday, December 7, 2018 at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Sammy Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Pinson with Jefferson Memorial East directing.
