Frances Tubbs

Frances Martin Tubbs, 88 of Birmingham passed away October 10, 2009. Frances was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church formerly Ruhama Baptist Church. She was retired from EMC Insurance Companies, a member of Eastern Star and a member of The United Daughters of the Confederacy. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Tubbs. Survivors include her two daughters, Elizabeth Kendrick (Gary) and Jamie Tubbs; two sisters, Mildred Scott and Lois Sullivan; two grandchildren, Gara Lucas (Brian) and Sean Kendrick (Paige); and three great grandchildren, Bailey and Cody Lucas and Mia Kendrick. Visitation will begin at 10AM on Tuesday, October 13 with Graveside services beginning at 11AM in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East with Rev. Gary Kendrick officiating.
