Frances Hurst

Frances Brown Hurst, age 78 of Birmingham, AL passed away on November 25, 2013. She was a member of NorthPark Baptist Church. She was also a member of Business and Professional Women's Clubs and Women's Junior Chamber of Commerce, where she was past president of both. She was a former editor of Alabama Business Woman Magazine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Hurst. She is survived by her daughters, Sheryl Spivey (Curtis) and Patti Findley (Joseph Lane); brother, Wayne Brown; grandchildren, Tal Spivey, Amanda Spivey Pittman (Clay), Laura Spivey, and Jessica Findley; special nieces, Joy Duckworth and Dianna Long. Services will be on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial in Talladega, AL. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
