Fannie Robinson

Robinson, Fannie Catherine "Wild Nana", age 85, born on July 1,1923 met Jesus Saturday April 18, 2009. She was the Oldest Charter Member of Bridge Point Church formally Bethel Church of God of East Lake. She is preceded in death by her husband, William J. Robinson, Jr. "Wild Papa" of 54 years; and son, Howard Wayne Robinson. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Bobo (Bobby); son, Charlie Robinson; brother, Herman Howell (Joyce); grandchildren, Kendall Phillips and Michael Bobo; great grandson, Silas Phillip; and many nieces and nephews. She will be truly missed. She had many nick names, Nana, Wild Mama, Scooter Rooter and Mrs. "Walmart." Her love for many was shown in different ways; she especially loved the little children of the church. Services will be on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 12:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel, burial will follow at Jefferson memorial Gardens East. Pastor Mark Higdon (nephew) officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, April 20, 2009 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
