Erika Pruitt

Erika Kay Bell Pruitt, age 34, of Hueytown, AL passed away peacefully on January 22, 2009 at the home of her sister, after a long battle with cancer. She was a member of Lee's Chapel UMC. She is preceded in death by her husband Kregg Pruitt. She is survived by her daughter Brittany Ann Pruitt (14); son, Brandon Bowens (11); parents Rev. Eric A.D. Bell and Barbara; sisters Elizabeth Pridgen (Mike) and Leslie Rogers; brothers Marcus C. Rogers (Jennifer) and James Bell (Theresa); grandparent Frances Bell; nieces and nephews, Nathan, Krista, Kayla, Kaleb, Bennett; along with numerous family members and friends. Services will be held on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 12:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Sunday from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Burial will be at Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Remlap, AL. Rev. Kenny Baskins officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Jefferson Memorial Trussville Directing.
