Ellis Hallmark

Ellis Clayton Hallmark, age 94 passed away on September 22, 2014. He was the founder and the VP of Hallmark Builders. He was past president of Cumberland Lake Country Club and past president of Grayson Valley Country Club. He was a WWII veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of Central Baptist Church, Tarrant City, AL where he was a deacon. He is preceded in death by his wife Helen Sorensen Hallmark, her son, Dennis Hallmark and his son-in-law, Richard Cosby. He is survived by his children, Thomas Hallmark (Nancy), Shirley Cosby, and Gerald Hallmark (Jerri Ann); 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services to follow at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Dr. Clay Hallmark will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
