Elizabeth Pierson

Elizabeth Pierson, age 73, of Birmingham, went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2011. She was a devoted homemaker to her husband, Billy. She was a faithful member of Tarrant First Baptist Church and she loved her church family. She was preceded in death by her son, James Pierson as well as her parents, Lester and Ruth Ware. Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe Pierson; son, Robert Pierson; sisters, Carolyn Richardson (Charles), Judith Bribiesco, and sister-in-law, Gloria Jean Edwards; grandchildren, Jayme, Jera, Karli and Madison; as well as a host of loving friends and family. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 from Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Pinson, AL. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 7:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Brother Charles Click will officiate the services.
