Elaine Lamberth

Elaine Self Lamberth, 91, went home to her Lord on March 19, 2009. She was preceded in death by husband Roy K. Gant and grandson, Marland Brian Wordell and is survived by her daughters Loretta Sewell (Bill) and Barna Goff (Kerry); grandchildren Steven Gregg Wordell (Sharron), Karen Wordell Colicchio (Mark), Sarah Goff McCrory (Jared), and Timothy Joseph Goff (Beth); granddaughter in law Bobbie Doss Wordell; 9 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special friend Nancy Sellers. Elaine treasured her church of 60+ years, Central Baptist in Tarrant. The family would like to express their appreciation for the compassionate caregivers at Covenant Woods. Services will be on Sunday, March 22, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Brother James Purnell officiating. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Sunday.
