Edna Crenshaw

Edna Ruth Bailey Crenshaw went to be with Jesus on April 24, 2017. She was 80 years old. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea Alabama, and a member of the Widows Might at her Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard O. Crenshaw, parents Alline Hill Bailey and Robert Bert Bailey, and her brothers Robert L. Bailey, David Bailey, and Eugene (Duke) Bailey. Survivors include, brother Jerry Bailey (Carolyn); children, Robert Crenshaw (Lisa), Ronald Crenshaw (Robin), and Teresa Crenshaw Tekulve (Rob); grandchildren, Rebecca Crenshaw Tindle (Brad), Benjamin Crenshaw, Tim Crenshaw, Kristen Henninger (Quint), Kaitlin Rich (Andy), Kameron Goin (Morgan), Lindsey Gamble (Daniel), and Leah Abney (Josh); 2 great-granddaughters, Lyrick Henninger and Arabella Rich. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28, at 2pm in the Chapel at Jefferson Memorial Trussville, with Bro. Tim Cox officiating. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. The family wishes to thank Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea Alabama for all their support during her illness. Special thanks to her Sunday School class, and teachers Allen and Kathy Smith, and Pastors Tim Cox and Alan Kuykendall for the constant love that they showed to her and to the family for the past several years. Also, a thank you to Dr. Michael Murray who cared for her for many years.
