Edmund Klein

Edmund J. Klein, 85, died of natural causes on March 24, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Klein; sisters, Mary Hotard and Mildred Southerland. He is survived by his sister, Claire Broussard of New Iberia, LA; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends. Retired from Western Electric, Eddie was a long-time member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and Knights of Columbus. For most of his life, he made his home in various cities in Louisiana and recently moved to Birmingham, AL. Memorial Masses will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Birmingham AL on Saturday, March 28th at 10:30 AM and at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 9:15 AM on Sunday, April 19th in Lafayette, LA.
