Age 83 of Birmingham passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014. She was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lois Norris; her husband of 56 years, Paul Crocker; and son, Paul Crocker, Jr. She is survived by her brother, T.D. Norris (Hallie) of Jasper, AL; three children, Joel Crocker, Dan Crocker, and Sue Crocker all of Birmingham; three grandchildren, Chad (Meredith) Crocker of Tuscaloosa, AL, Wade (Katie) Crocker of Birmingham, Lauren (Dave) Sims of Calera, AL; seven great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Crocker, Mackenzie Crocker, Savana Brooke Crocker, J.T. Crocker, C.J. Crocker, Hunter and Harrison Sims; as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 5-7pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 10:00am at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with Donny Holley officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. The family wishes to express a special thanks to all the workers in the Active Care Unit for treating her with such love and respect.
