Douglas Webster

Douglas Alan Webster, age 53, of Pinson, Al went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 after a valiant fight against cancer. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Carla Peace Webster; daughters, Taylor and Lauren Webster. He is also survived by his mother, Judy Rutledge Webster; sisters, Susanne Webster Guthrie (Tim) and Ginger Webster Allison (Greg); and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, and great life long friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Douglas Webster. Doug was a graduate of Hewitt Trussville High School and was employed by Key Parts and Machinery. He was an avid fisherman and loved being on the water on his boat. He enjoyed talking about anything and everything. He was just an all-around great guy that is going to be missed greatly by all who knew him. A celebration of Douglas Webster will be on Saturday, November 9th 2019 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home from 1-3pm. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
