Doris Sudduth

Doris Sudduth, 83, of Birmingham, AL passed away May 2, 2016. A graduate of Woodlawn High School and a retiree of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Ms. Sudduth will be missed by many who knew her and loved her. Until her illness, she was very active in local tap dancing groups. She enjoyed this hobby and participated in many recitals. Ms. Sudduth was preceded in death by her parents, William J. and Evelyn P. Latty; sisters, Charmine L. Preston and Betty L. Ford. She is survived by her long-time friend and companion, Selig Winston; 2 nieces, April Wright and Catherine Preston; and many friends. Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 3pm at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
