Doris Shelton

May 6, 1932 — December 2, 2022

Doris White Shelton, age 90 of Margaret, AL passed away on December 2, 2022. She was a member of Moody First Baptist Church. She worked for the FBI and received a letter of accommodation from J. Edgar Hoover.

She was a bookkeeper for several businesses in the Birmingham area.   She was also an amazing cook, loved to read, loved knitting, and crocheting and made caps for an adult daycare as well as children and adults with cancer and she was also an amazing seamstress.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Shelton, and her 1st husband who is the father of her children, George Krafft, Sr., her parents, Reba and Lytle Logue and brother, Jimmy White.

She is survived by her children, George D. Krafft Jr., Stephen M. Krafft (Paula), Teresa K. Waine (Eddie) and Cheyane F. Holmes.; nine grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren and brother, Bobby Logue (Carol) and survived by her fur baby, Daisy who never left her side during her time of need.
