Donna Mcgee

Donna McGee, 67, of Pinson, AL, gained her wings and went to her eternal home on January 14, 2021. Donna was born in Montgomery, AL on July 12, 1953. She attended Tarrant High School. Donna is preceded in death by her parents Hollis B. Stricklin and Pauline Stricklin, both of Tarrant, AL Donna is survived by her loving husband John Timothy ( Tim) McGee, Sr. of 7 years. Her daughter Traci Holt (Anthony) of Pinson, AL, bonus son Tim McGee, Jr (Jennifer) of Trussville, AL, bonus daughter April DeRossett (Barry) of Fort Myers, FL and bonus daughter Kassy Sansenbach (Daniel) Two Granddaughters, Alyson Holt and Hannah Holt. Several bonus grandchildren: Brittany (Matt), Mady (Dean) August, John Scott, Madison-Zoe, Ava, Brie, Gage, Noah and Evan. Bonus Great Grandchildren, Karson and Sawyer. She worked for 20 years as a loyal employee at Anchor Packaging in Birmingham, AL. She had a great love of animals and loved flamingos. She loved spending time with family and friends. She was involved in every aspect of her daughter and grandchildren's lives. She was an avid Auburn fan and loved traveling with her husband, their favorite spot was the beach. Donna could light up a room with her smile and had the most infectious laugh. She was loved and adored by everyone who knew her. She touched so many lives and left an impact on everyone she came in contact with. A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Donna McGee will be held on January 23, 2021 from 2 - 4 pm at Long Meadow Club House. 6221 Longmeadow Drive Trussville, AL 35173.
