Donna Dempsey Dubuisson

Donna Dempsey Dubuisson, age 77, passed away on April 9, 2025. Donna retired after 33 years of service from Bellsouth. She enjoyed bowling and golf. Mrs. Dubuisson was a member of First Baptist Church of Moody where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Donna also enjoyed attending her grandchildren's activities and was an Alabama Crimson Tide fan. She was preceded in death by her husband's Robert Jerry Morris, Sr. and Maynard Dubuisson; parents, Lloyd J and Bertha Ellen Dempsey; brother, John David (Ham) Grissom; nephew, Jeremy Johnson.

Donna is survived by her daughter Heather Grinfield; stepchildren, Robert Jerry (Kathy) Morris Jr., Ricky (Angie) Morris; grandchildren, Justin Grinfield, Jessica Grinfield; step grandchildren, Laura (Jason) Jones, Abby Morris, Brantley Morris, Dax Morris; her fur baby Maggie; sister, Connie D. Johnson; niece, Jennifer Whisnant; former son-in-law, Jason Grinfield and many great nieces, cousins and other loving family members.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. There will be a Chapel Service at 10:00 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to your favorite charity or to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
