Donald Tinsley

Donald J. Tinsley, age 81 of Birmingham, AL passed away on Sunday July 12, 2015. Donald graduated from Montevallo High School and served four years in the U.S. Air Force before being honorably discharged. He retired from the U.S postal service after 30 years of service. Donald enjoyed fishing in his spare time and working in the yard. He cherished time with family especially his grandchildren. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Carolyn Tinsley; daughter, Sandy Bell (Erick); son, John Tinsley (Cami); five grandchildren: Evan, Ryan, Caroline, Janie & John. A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in the Field of Honor on Wednesday, July 15th at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Henry Hobson is officiating over the service. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville is directing.
