Donald Jordan Carlisle, Springville AL, age 82 June 9, 1934- Aug 24, 2016 Funeral services will be held Saturday Aug 27, 2016 at 12:00 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Trussville, Al. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM. Graveside at Jefferson Memorial Gardens will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Springville Presbyterian Church. Mr. Carlisle retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 43 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Haggard Carlisle; one daughter, Jeanna Carlisle Speegle (Tim); two grandchildren, Clinton Speegle (Camellia), and Celia Speegle McCullough (Whitfield); and one great-grandson, Cavander Phillip Speegle.
