Donald Barber

Donald Jason Barber, age 38, of Birmingham, passed away November 8, 2014. He was a firefighter and served in the US Army in Iraq, Afghanistan and Korea. He was a member of Bridgepoint Church, enjoyed serving in different ministries, loved Jesus and his family. Chapel services will be held on Tuesday, Nov 11, at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Tuesday. He is survived by his wife of 12 years Monica Barber, sons Samuel and Nathan Barber, parents Brenda and Don Joe Barber, sisters Ginger Johnson, Christy Morrison, brother Josh Barber, stepchildren Katherine Kuykendall and Ronnie Setzer, step grandchildren Lane, Harrison, Lucy, Jacob, Fox, Luna and Rosie.
