Dewitt Thompson

Dewitt B. Thompson, 89 passed away December 31, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. Thompson, his parents, Winston Dewitt and Laura Gladney Thompson, two brothers, Richard Thompson and Leon Thompson, one sister, Hilda Mae Whitmier and two great grandchildren. Survivors include his son, Charles D. Thompson (Camelle) of Butler AL; his daughter, Charlotte Isbell (Roland) of Leeds AL; one brother, Johnny T. Thompson of Columbus MS; one sister, Martha Lee McGee of Weir MS; four grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 4 from 1:00 i�½" 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
