Devane Saunier

DeVane W. Saunier, age 50 of Birmingham, AL passed away on December 21, 2011. He grew up in South East Lake area and graduated Banks High School. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Louise Saunier and Annie and Clyde Williams; aunts, Jane Williams Templin, Anna Louise "Billie" Burttram; uncle, DeVane R. Williams; and cousin, Vana Williams. He is survived by his daughters, Jamie Farley (Adam) and Julie Stone (Josh); son, Joseph Saunier (Heather); parents, George and Sue Saunier; sister, Anna Smith; brother, Jerry Saunier (Sharon); grandchildren, Hannah Farley, Jeremiah Farley, Adelyn Farley, Laney Saunier, and Haley Saunier; uncle, Fitzhugh Burttram; cousin, Becky Coker; friends, Peggy Saunier and Becky Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held on Monday December 26, 2011 at 2:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
