Denise Sweatman

Denise Moore Sweatman, age 60, of Clay-Chalkville, AL passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015. She is survived by her two loving daughters, Lorri (Sweatman) Hunt (Adam) and Lacey Sweatman; brothers, Byron Moore, Bart Moore (Valerie), and Brett Moore; nieces and nephews, Season (Donny) and Sommer, Bronson (Kacey) and Dallas (Caroline), Crystal, and Amelia and Hayden; great nieces and nephew, Lani and Brooks, Lyla and Hazel, and Blakely; Uncle Ronald J. Moore and her Aunt Janie (Moore) Killough. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Alvin Leon "Frog" and Myra (Gardner) Moore and sister-in-law, Patsy (Skinner) Moore. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5th, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville, AL. Visitation will be held two hours prior. Burial will be immediately following the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Denise loved her girls, family, friends and her customers. Our family lost a strong pillar of strength and Heaven gained a beautiful, kind, thoughtful and giving lady. Our hope and confidence is strengthened in knowing that we will be with her again.
