Delia Preston

Delia "Beth" Sellers Preston, 56, of Sylacauga Al., passed away on April 19th 2012. Beth was born October 23rd 1955 in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Banks High school, and retired from the Social Security Administration in Birmingham Alabama. On October 6, 1972 she married her husband of 39 years, and the love of her life, Morris Wade Preston, who survives. She was preceded in death by her parents Oliver and Gloria Sellers, brother Matthew Sellers, and grandchild Alyssa Beth Daugherty. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law April & Ray Wright; grandchildren Chris Daugherty and Joseph Daugherty; great grandchildren Alyssa Grace Daugherty and Angel Nichelle Smith; siblings Shannon Sellers, David Sellers, Lee Sellers Love, Jude Sellers, and Oliver & Lisa Sellers; nieces Gloria Love, Olivia Sellers, Kimi Sellers and nephew Gabriel Sellers. Beth was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She brightened every life that she touched, and left us all with beautiful memories to cherish. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 24th at 3:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home of Trussville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 - 3PM on Tuesday.
