Debbie Wood

Debbie Gail Howard Wood of Birmingham passed away June 21, 2019. She was retired from the Jefferson County Board of Education and was all about her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Wayne Wood, son Brett Wayne Wood, and parents Frank and Dola Howard. She is survived by her daughter Traci Wood Walter (Andrew), grandchildren Tyler and Hannah Walter, Mary Virginia and Abby Grace Wood, brothers Rusty Howard (Jan), and Jimmy Howard, and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, at 12pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
