Debbie Amsari-Lichterman

Deborah Self Amsari Lichterman, age 55. It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was born Deborah Lois Self on 11-8-56 in Selfville Ala. to her parents Finis E. Self Jr. and Dorothy Self. She lived most of her life in California where she worked as a Hospice nurse the last few years. Passed away on June 24, 2012 in Beverly Hills Califorinia with her husband Stuart and stepson Byan by her side. Preceded in death by her father Finis E. Self Jr., her grandparents Johnsie C. Smith and Melissia Tucker Smith, Finis E. Self Sr. and Maudie Fendley Self. Survived by her husband Stuart F. Lichterman of Calif., daughter Kara Nicole White of Gulf Shores AL, stepsons: Ryan Lichterman of CA, and David Lichterman of Las Vegas, NV, sister Diane Kay Sullens (Terry) Birmingham AL, brother Calvin E. Self (Barbara) McCalla AL, grandson Shawn Owen White and granddaughter Emily Nicole White of Gulf Shores Al, mother Dorothy Self Higginbotham of Bradford, AL, stepfather Oliver W. Higginbotham, Bradford AL, and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Trussville AL on Wednesday June 27, viewing from 10am to 11am with a celebration service at 11am. Burial to follow Bethlehem Cemetery Hwy 79 N at Dallas AL. In lieu of flowers family suggest donations to a local church or your favorite charity. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
