David Wayne Jones

Jones, David Wayne age 54, of Center Point, Alabama died in his home April 6, 2023. He worked in transmission parts for 37 years. 

Survivors: Mother, Diane Townes; Stepfather, Patrick Townes, Stepbrother Alan Townes (Stephanie); Stepsister Kimberly Bollen; several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. 

He loved the Florida Gators, astronomy, family, and animals. He always fed stray animals around his home. He loved reading and playing video games. He loved watching the stars and moon as they changed seasons. 

His ashes will be placed in an urn picturing the Milky Way Galaxy which will be placed inside a Memorial Bench at Jefferson Memorial Trussville Cemetary.
