David Frost

David "Dave" H. Frost entered into his Heavenly home with his wife at his side, on October 8, 2017 at the age of 84. He was a native of Oakman, AL in Walker County and current resident of Moody, AL in St. Clair County. He was a former member of Faith Baptist Church in Pinson, AL for several years before becoming a member of First Baptist Church of Moody. Dave retired from Hayes Aircraft after 20 years of service and later retired from Liberty National. He was an avid Alabama fan and he loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frost and his daughter, Denise Frost. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Faye Thomas Frost; daughters, Vicki Frost and Tammy Lemons Tingle (Jr.); sons, Keith Frost, Chris Shelnutt (Cathy) and Todd Shelnutt; granddaughters, Jenny Frost, Jessica Tingle Ward (Mark), and Elizabeth Shelnutt ; grandsons, Jacob Tingle (Holly), Christopher Shelnutt, Matt Shelnutt and Johnny Shelnutt; numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12th at Jefferson Memorial Chapel in Trussville. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Dr. Brad Mosley will be officiating and he will be accompanied by Dr. Joseph Mills. Eddie Eubanks will preside over the music.
