David Dennis

Dennis, Samuel David, age 67 of Hoover, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Sam was a devoted husband, father, granddaddy, and a proud Air Force veteran. He graduated from Woodlawn high school where he enjoyed being a member of the Warbler's Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Bonnie Dennis and brother, Rick Dennis.Sam is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rosemarie Dennis, who he fondly named Raven, three daughters Monica Smith, Debbie Gergerich and Stacy Leemhuis and nine grandchildren, Kaitlin, Alex, Ryan, Braxton, Greyson, Jonathon, Josh, Jakob and Jordan. His life will be celebrated on Sunday, October 11, 2009, at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel in Trussville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial held at Jefferson Memoiral Gardens East. The memorial service will be led by Dr. Dennis Foust with graveside services being led by Becky Bell of Macon, GA.
