Daniel Winderweedle

Daniel Winderweedle, age 65, passed away on May 20, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howell and Jeanne Winderweedle; brother, James Winderweedle. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Martha; daughter, Kristine Jones; and his three precious grandsons, Tyler, Dylan and Zachary Jones. Daniel was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl where he graduated from the University of Florida. He eventually moved to Birmingham, Al and later retired from Alabama Power. Daniel was involved with the Boy Scouts of America. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday May 25, 2018 at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church with visitation at 9:30 am and mass at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to Bruno Cancer Center and/or Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
