Curtis “Judge” Tulen Cleveland, 91 years old, originally from Hackleburg, AL passed away on July 6, 2024, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sharon Anita, his children Kim (Hollis), Shelia (Charles), Larry (Teresa), and Keith. Curtis had 10 grandchildren-Chris, Tiffany, Shelby, Kristina, Jennifer, Justin, Cameron, Lela, Michael, and Katelyn; and five great-grandchildren-Kennedy, Sadie, Camilla, Scarlett, and Watson. A U.S. Army veteran, Curtis served during the Korean War. After being honorably discharged in 1955, he went to Toledo, OH to work in manufacturing. Curtis returned to Alabama in 1957 and met and married Sharon in 1963. They moved to Adamsville, AL for a short time before eventually settling in Pinson, AL. Curtis went to work for ACIPCO and completed 38 years of service retiring in 1996. Curtis was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He was also involved in the cattle business for many years on the family farm in Hackleburg. Curtis always loved his garden and riding around on his John Deere. A simple man and man of few words, when he spoke it was normally important. His wisdom carries on in his children and grandchildren. Rest in Peace Dad-you will be missed.
