Clifford Tallant Sparks, 74, passed away on April 7, 2015. Cliff was born in Anniston, AL and attended Oxford High School. He was a member of the Roebuck Sales Club; a Birmingham businessman for over 45 years; and was current owner of Car Works, Incorporated. He is preceded in death by his parents Omary T. and Louisiana "Lucy" Bates; his brother Ray Sparks; and his daughter Lisa Sparks Williams. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Linda Willhelm Sparks, daughters Tammy (Jerry) Roberts, and Shawn (Mike) Hunter; and son Scott (Priscilla) Hackstadt; brothers Eugene (Raylene) Sparks, Wayne (Elaine) Sparks, "brother" Bobby (Mary) Sparks and "sister" Mary Ann Sparks (Kurt) Hardy; grandchildren Blake (Rachael) Aufdemorte, Kaitlyn Roberts, Hub Roberts, Joseph Roberts, Emma Hackstadt, Christopher Hackstadt, Abbey Williams, Carson Cherry, and Carrie Hunter (Chris) Linnville. He is also survived by numerous cousins and a host of friends. Visitation will be Friday, April 10, from 12pm to 2pm with funeral services at 2pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. Graveside will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steven Sparks, David Aufdemorte, Jason Sparks, DaWayne Sparks, Scott Clements and Joshua Carden.
