Cleo Phillips

Cleo B. Phillips, age 84 of Birmingham, AL passed away on October 24, 2008. He was a member of Leeds Revival Center. He loved using his CB radio and his friends knew him as "Pipefitter." He was a member of the Local #669 Sprinkle Fitters for over 52 years. He looked forward to his monthly fellowship with all his buddies with the Local #669. He fell in love with and married Mollie Dell and loved and raised her children as his own. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mollie Dell Phillips, son, Charles Edward Phillips, and brothers, Curtis, Bob, A.W., and Dan. He is survived by his children, Cleo Eugene Phillips, Sharman Corey, and Tommy Wayne Waters; siblings, Junior Phillips, Lona Faye Phillips, Esther Lee, and Jimmy Dale Phillips; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be Monday, October 27, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
