Haun, Jr. Clarence R (Skip), age 64 passed away on February 18, 2009, after a long illness. He grew up in Fairfield, AL and was a Mason at Dolcito Lodge, Birmingham, AL. Skip was a former Snap-On Tool and MAC Tool Dealer who was very well known throughout the city of Birmingham and Blount CO. He was last employed at Tool Smith where he loved his job. Skip was an avid NASCAR race fan and also , in his earlier years, restored, drove, and showed antique cars. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Carol Dorn Haun and a daughter, Amanda Haun (Mandy), also a special friend Rodney Clark. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence R. Haun, Sr. and his mother, Willie Thomas Haun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and a large host of friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 10:00am at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be held Thursday night from 5-7:00pm at the funeral home. The family request the memorial donations be made to Serenity Hospice. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
