Charles A. "Chuck" Yarbrough, 74 of Huntsville died Friday. Chuck lived in Huntsville for the past 4 1/2 years. Previously, he lived in Birmingham for over 40 years. He was president of Activation, Inc. until he retired in 1993. He was a 1960 Auburn graduate and a most dedicated fan. He served our country in the capacity of Military Police in the US Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, Daisy Eunice Burkhalter and Henry Lee Yarbrough of Rome, Georgia; his wife of 27 years, Carolyn Gay Yarbrough and brother, Ray Yarbrough. Chuck is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Keith and Lisa Bradley of Huntsville; granddaughter, Lindsay Nicole Bradley of Huntsville; brother, Weyman Hugh Yarbrough of San Diego, California. Special friends Willie and Beth Starnes of Rome, GA and Harriet and Annsey Hine of Atlanta, Ga. Chuck also leaves to cherish his memory a host of friends who will forever be touched by his love. Though he is gone in the flesh, he will always be captured be in the picture books of our minds. Memorial service will be held at 5:30 PM on Monday, November 30 at Berryhill Funeral Home, North Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Tuesday, December 1, with a chapel service at 2:00 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 1591 Gadsden Highway, Birmingham, AL.
