Charles Thornton

Charles Dee "Charlie" Thornton, of Trussville, passed away October 29, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents John Harold and Esther Ruth Thornton and worked in the retail business for many years. A memorial service will be held on Saturday Nov 2, at 2pm at Harmony Church in Pinson. Visitation from 1pm until 2pm Saturday. He is survived by his wife Johnie Thornton, daughter Trudy Ray, grandchildren Malloree and Christian, siblings Bobby and Gigi Thornton, Polly and Harry McKay, Jerry (Sandra), Johnny (Sherry) and Joe Henderson, several nieces and nephews.
