Charles Clowdus

CLOWDUS, CHARLES DONALD "DON" Of Margaret, AL passed away on April 26th 2013. He was born March 13, 1941 and grew up in Palmerdale, AL. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, AL. He worked and was the owner of CEMCO Inc in Leeds, AL for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Edna Clowdus, and his step-son, Kenneth Rhodes. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorene Rhodes Clowdus; son, Rodney Clowdus, daughter, Donna Lotz; brother, Sid Clowdus; sister, Brenda Merchant (Gerald); grandchildren, Nathan Clowdus, Jessica Lotz, Katie Clowdus, Westley Said. The funeral will be held at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville on 04-30-2013 at 12:00 noon, with burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 12:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Grove Baptist Church. 2001 Cedar Grove Road Leeds, AL 35094.
