Cathy Mcalpin

Cathy L. McAlpin, 59 of Argo passed away on September 18, 2011. Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, Darral McAlpin and her father, William Bryant. Survivors include her daughter, Lindsey Blumenthal (Jason); her son, Bryan McAlpin; stepson, Lane McAlpin (Pam); mother, Ann Bryant; two sisters, Caren Stone and Chris Ballard; grandchildren, Carter Blumenthal and Clay McAlpin and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 23 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services on Friday, September 24 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Harris Hand officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Special appreciation to New Beacon Hospice and St. Martin's at Home, especially Sharon Young for their support and compassion. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Cathy's "Family" at Lathan Associates Architects. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Beacon or St. Martin's.
