Carolyn Curlette

Carolyn Inez Curlette, of Trussville, September 14, 1936 - July 21, 2010. She was the daughter to Earl and Icle Stewart who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Phillips High School class of 1954. A loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she was a three time published author of suspense novels. She was a lifelong born again Christian and a member of Piedmont Baptist Church in Marietta GA. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Glenn; daughter, Kellye Burgess and husband Scott Burgess; son, Craig Curlette and wife, Karen Curlette; grandsons, Brandon and Callin; granddaughters, Jordan, Morgan, Aliyah and Ashlyn and great granddaughters, Hayleigh, Hannah and Rory. Services will be on Friday July 23, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2pm Friday. In lieu of flowers, you may wish to make donations to the American Cancer Society.
