Brent Choat

Brent Matthews Choat, age 42, of Irondale passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015. Brent graduated from John Carroll High School and later became a graduate of UAB. Brent was employed as a Billing Specialist with Valletta Group; he was a previous employee of Compass Bank as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. Brent is survived by his loving parents, Richard and Jean Choat; brother, Brian Choat; nieces, Amanda Choat and nephew Connor Choat; aunts, Patricia McCaughan (Bill) and Martha Brown (Ira); uncle, Kevin Choat (Sandy). Mass for Brent will be held at St. Frances Xavier on Saturday, November 14th at 11:00 a.m. the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow Mass at Jefferson Memorial Garden in Trussville. Father Bob Sullivan is presiding over the services.
