Brenda was born in East Lake, Alabama, on September 18, 1941. She graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School where she was Head Cheerleader, First Alternate Miss Hewitt Trussville, Homecoming Queen and Miss Jefferson County.

She loved her life-long home in Clay, Alabama on her family farm "Happy Acres," the home of "No Nonsense," where she thrived and won hundreds of trophies and ribbons exhibiting her horses all over the United States. She also loved her many dogs, cats, rabbits, insects and all God's critters as well as wild and cultivated flowers. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who never met a stranger and enjoyed engaging in conversation.

Brenda was a gifted artist, who loved painting glassware and t-shirts for family and friends and was generous with her time and talents, always giving and serving others through her many gifts. She enjoyed sitting with the elderly and helping them and their families prepare for eternity with our Lord.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Old Rock Chapel of Argo Christian Fellowship, 936 US Highway 11, Trussville Al 35173 on Sunday, June 30 at 2:00.
