Echols, Bradley Wade, 36, went home to be with the Lord on April 23, 2013 after a short battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Dewey Still and Mr. & Mrs. Curtis Echols. He is survived by his wife Laurie, his children, Katie & Jake, his parents, Mrs. Teresa Grizzard (Larry) & Mr. Wendell Echols (Wanda), his sister Mandy Dixon (Daniel) as well as nephews, in-laws, aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom he loved dearly. Brad was a member of Trussville Church of Christ but attended Trussville First United Methodist Church. He graduated from Hewitt-Trussville in 1994. He worked at Williams & Associates in Birmingham. We would like to thank Dr. Conry and his nursing staff at The Kirklin Clinic at Acton Road for their special care throughout Brad's illness. We would also like to thank our extended family - the Seekers Sunday School class & other lifelong friends - for walking each step of this journey with us. Your calls, emails, visits, meals and most of all prayers have carried us through this difficult time. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25th at Trussville Methodist Church from 5-7 pm. The funeral will be held on Friday, April 26th at the church at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be sent to the Trussville First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
