She also left behind 8 great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Heather, Ryan, Daniel MacIntyre; Stuart, Jonathan, Isaiah and Hannah Blake. The family wishes to acknowledge the many caregivers at St. Martin's in the Pines who became her extended family while she lived in that facility. They were a blessing to the entire Lewter family as they lovingly cared for Bonnie Mae. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in her memory to St. Martin's in the Pines Friends Fund, 4941 Montevallo RD, Birmingham, AL 35210, and Irondale Baptist Church, 6001 Old Leeds RD, Irondale, AL 35210.
