Bobby Vise

Bobby Vise, of Oneonta, AL, was born in Webster's Chapel, AL on July 16, 1933. He died on February 6, 2010. He is predeceased by both his parents, Jack and Mattie Lee Vise, wife Mary Louise Vise, and son Mike Vise. Bobby was a member of Lester Memorial United Methodist Church. He was a member of the National Management Association, American Foundry Society, and was active in the In-plant Educational Programs. He was a member of Grayson Valley Country Club, the Oneonta Chamber of Commerce. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He lived in Center Point, AL, for 53 years and worked at ACIPCO for 43 years. He retired in 1996. Services will be Monday Feb 8 at 10am in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 5 until 7pm Sunday. He is survived by his wife Louise Gaither Vise, sons Don and Bill Vise, and five grandchildren. Don and his wife Sarah live in Trussville with children Kristina, Adam, Rachael, and Samantha. Bill and wife Teresa live in Fultondale with daughter Haley. He also leaves behind two beloved brothers Larry and his wife Jeannie of Mountain Brook, and Rick and his wife Pam of Vestavia.
