Bobby Stephenson

Rev. Bobby G. Stephenson, age 77, passed away on July 24, 2016. He was a member of the Birmingham Baptist Association and pastored at several churches throughout his 37 years in the ministry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Lezora Stephenson and his brother, Kerry Stephenson. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Katherine H. Stephenson; his sons, Glen E. Stephenson and Terry L. Stephenson; his siblings, Woodrow D. Stephenson, Bonnie Palmer, and Jerry W. Stephenson; and his grandchildren, Mitch, Max, Sophie and Mickey. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 5-7pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 29 at 2pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville, with Rev. Ralph Harlan Hood officiating. Interment will follow at Hood Cemetery in Blount County.
