Bobby Posey

Bobby Jack Posey, age 82, cherished husband, beloved father and loyal friend, of Leeds, AL, went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2015. His life was devoted to serving his Lord, loving and caring for his precious wife and children and always helping anyone in need. He was an active member of Ashville Road Church of Christ. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 1pm until 2:30pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services to follow at Forest Crest Cemetery at 3:00 PM. He is survived by the love of his life for 62 years, Billie June Posey, children Joseph Alan Posey (Teresa), Michele Simmons (Rome), LeeAnne Clemons (Billy Ray), grandchildren Jack Andrew Posey, Virginia June "Ginny" Posey, Gregory Jason Price (Kim), Carly Clemons Maddox, Caleb Jordan Clemons, great grandchildren Jack Edward Price, Ryan Louis Price, Levi Truett Maddox. To love someone is to know the song in their heart and to sing it to them when they have forgotten the words.
